Existing Users

If you are an existing user and you had a working account on the previous version of the website you will need to set a new password. For security reasons passwords cannot be migrated with other data between systems. 

To do this go to the Request New Password page and enter the email address you originally signed up with. You will then be emailed a one-time login link that will allow you to login and set a new password.

If you wish you can set up a new account but each account must have a unique email address.
